Jetclean - Dry-cleaning tubes and hoses
The ptc system consists of three components:
1. ptc launcher units
All components of the launcher unit are made of aluminium. Two models are available: The ptc standard launcher, and the ptc mini-launcher. The ptc mini-launcher is suitable for tubes with inner diameters of 2.5 to 20 mm, or hoses with variable nominal width between DN 5 and DN 20. The ptc standard launcher can be used for tubes with an inner diameter up to 55 mm or hoses with a nominal width up to DN 50.

2. ptc nozzles
The nozzles are made of extremely robust plastic. The following nozzles are available for all customary tubes and hoses:
- Tube nozzles: For inner diameters from 2.5 to 55 mm.
- Hose nozzles: For nominal widths between DN 5 and DN 50) (3/16" a 2")
Additionally it is possible to supply nozzles with custom-made diameters for special applications.
3. ptc projectiles
The following projectiles are available for all customary tubes and hoses:
- The standard projectile is made of a special rubber foam blend and is suitable for all general hydraulic applications.
- The white standard projectile is characterised by finer graining than the standard projectile, and is therefore more solid. The white colour enables you to optimally monitor the cleaning process.
- The abrasive projectile is especially suitable for loosening and removing dirty deposits, thanks to its special form and composition.
- The premium projectile has a high mechanical load capacity, and is therefore especially suitable for cleaning installed tubes with fittings. This projectile also removes oil and grease effectively.
The intelligent cleaning system
The projectile of the ptc system is blasted through the tube and expands until it fills out the entire inner diameter of the tube. The combination of compressed air and projectile expansion optimally cleans the tube.

The result
Extensive tests have shown that a very high cleansing effect can be achieved with the ptc system. It beats the 20/16 cleanliness class of ISO 4406.
