Information required under para. 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG)
1. Content of the online presence
The author assumes no responsibility for the validity, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims made against the author with respect to damages of a material or a conceptual nature resulting from the use of or failure to use the information presented or through the use of incorrect and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded, as far as no demonstrable, intentional or grossly negligent fault exists on the part of the author. All offers are subject to alteration and without obligation. The author expressly reserves the right to alter, supplement or delete parts of the website and its pages or the entirety of the content without any announcement, or to discontinue the publication for a time or for good.
2. Referrals and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites ("hyperlinks") which are outside the area of responsibility of the author, liability may only be assumed if the author had knowledge of such content and if it was technically possible and feasible to prevent the use of such illegal content.
The author hereby expressly declares that no illegal content was found on the linked pages at the time they were linked. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, the content and authorship of the pages linked/referenced. For this reason, the author expressly distances himself from the contents of all linked/referenced pages which were modified after the links were first created. This also applies to all links and references created within the author's own internet offerings and to any third party posts or messages published in guestbooks, discussion boards, link directories, mailing lists and all other forms of databases created and maintained by the author, and whose contents may be modified by external write access. The provider of the page referred is the only person responsible for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and, in particular, any damages arising from the use or failure to use such information provided. The person providing the reference link is in no way responsible for the content published on the page that has merely been linked.
3. Copyright and trademark law
The operator undertakes to observe the copyrights of all graphics, audio documentation, video sequences and texts and undertakes to use graphics, audio documentation, video sequences and texts he has created on his own or to use license-free graphics, audio documentation, video sequences and texts.
All trademarks and brands that are owned by a third party and mentioned within the online service are subject to the provisions of the applicable legislation protecting the trademarks or signs and proprietary rights of the respective registered holder without restriction. Mere mention of copyrights is not to be construed as an indication that they are not protected under third-party rights.
The copyright for published objects that were created by the author himself remains with the author of the sites. The reproduction or use of such graphics, audio documentation, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the author.
